So you're ready to apply for your MCA Patient ID Card? 

 

No worries, hopefully we can alleviate some of the stress for you with a step-by-step guide.

• Step one in the process is to register for an account with onestop.md.gov

​

• Once you have created an account there, visit your email and confirm it to validate the registration.

​

• Then go back to that site and fill out the adult patient registration, located under the personal option.

​

NOTE: It generally only takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Please be prepared to upload a picture of the front and back of your government issued photo ID and take a picture of yourself to upload.

 

**Monday through Friday it generally takes 1-2 hours, and clients have been receiving an email back from them if this is completed during government business hours. If completed on the weekend, you should see an email Monday by noon.

Your email should say congratulations your MCA patient registration was approved. And then give you a number that looks like this. P01M-5586-5F34-98D5 (those are random numbers and letters I picked to show you )

• Once you have this Patient ID number, please reach back out and provide us the number assigned to you. At that point we can gladly assist you in the next step of the process and get you ready for your first trip to the dispensary as a Medical Cannabis Patient.
